How convincing is Blow’s argument for Black regionalism? Which of his arguments are strongest or weakest, and why? If you’re not convinced, are there any parts of his argument that you would assimilate into other proposals?

Blow takes issue with labeling, particularly with any association to radicalism. What makes a particular social theory radical, and is Black regionalism a radical theory? Why or why not?
